My name is Ana Lopez (she/her), and I am a Licensed Masters Social Worker (License #64183). I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and can provide services in both languages. I am under the supervision of Rebecca Rosalez, LCSW-S. I completed a Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016 and my undergraduate studies at Stephen F. Austin State University in 2013.
Whether you need to address past stressors or recent life events, I am here to help. It can be hard to manage it all even when it feels like life shouldn't be this challenging. I am here to join you in the hopes of rediscovering your inner strengths.
I have clinical experience in working with adults and adolescents struggling with Eating, Trauma, & Mood/Anxiety Disorders. I utilize an eclectic approach to meet your current and future needs. Collaboratively, I work with you on becoming your best self.
Living through life's inevitable struggles can be extremely difficult. Allow me to sit alongside you during these hard times and provide you with the support that you need.
My goal is to listen carefully and non-judgmentally, helping clients find and use their own expertise more often and more intentionally. Clients and I make a treatment plan together, ensuring your goals are met.
I look forward to hearing from you.
