I understand that life can be complicated! We are all human. At some point, we all need help navigating the rough waters of our lives. Sometimes, we find ourselves hurt by the people we care about the most. And sometimes we hurt them back. That is not who we are, but we often don't know another way. We can be stuck in cycles of disappointment, anger, anxiety, and depression. Conflict is inevitable, but thankfully, resolutions are possible. All of us were created to have meaningful lives and, my aim in therapy is to help my clients learn how to have it.
