I have helped a diverse population of individuals, families and children find healthy perceptions of themselves. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression and addiction. I also enjoy working with families and parents to help them navigate the difficult teenage years and teach them effective communication skills.

I am aware that anxiety and depression can impact day to day living and limit your interactions with others. To that end I will work with you to identify a treatment plan that is unique to you and your situation. I will primarily utilized CBT and Solution Focused Therapy interventions in treatment; however will interweave other methods of intervention as needed.

Additionally, I am also experienced in working with couples to help work through challenging problems, learn each other’s love language and improve on communication. When working with couples I use Narrative Therapy, Explore ways to improve Communication and Positive Psychology.

My devotion is to help you find your passion and purpose to improve your quality of life and to help you to find a healthy perception of yourself so you can know yourself as complete, and whole.
